Step 1: Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage gently through the hair and scalp.

Step 2: Rinse and repeat by applying shampoo a second time.

Step 3: Apply the conditioner throughout the lengths. Let sit for 1 – 2 minutes before rinsing.

I am so happy with Maria Nila products. I have wavy hair and wihtput styling are very frizzy and untamed. With these sampoo qnd conditioner they feel soft and smooth. Plus they smell amazing!!!!
