We accept returns from marianila.co.uk within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items purchased through third-party retailers cannot be returned to us or refunded by us.

To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we can only accept returns that are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned, as they pose a hygiene and safety risk.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service. Maria Nila cannot compensate for lost or undeliverable returns.
