Delivery options
All orders to the UK are shipped by UPS. All shipments will be delivered to the address you entered when placing your order.
Shipments that the courier is unable to deliver to the address will be automatically returned to us. Please make sure that all information you provide when placing your order is spelled correctly and your name is listed and visible on the door of your delivery address.
Delivery times
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Sweden. Order processing usually takes 3-8 business days. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery time.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order leaves our warehouse with instructions on how to track your order.
Shipping cost
The shipping rate on all orders to the UK is £10.
Brexit Information
Please note that on UK orders with a value over £135, VAT will be added and payed by the receiver. The VAT invoice is sent directly from the transportation company to the customer. If you have any questions or concerns, please contacts us at contact@marianila.com
If your order was below £135 you as the customer does not have to pay any additional VAT or duty fee. If the transportation company still requires this, please contact us.
