DEEP CLEANSING HAIR CARE ROUTINE

Purifying Cleanse is friends with everyone. To add a deeper cleanse in the routine, regardless of which care collection is used, can make all the difference. Use the Purifying Cleanse Shampoo when needed and give your client a reset. This will boost everything from volume, moisture, hair & scalp health.

Head & Hair Heal – When having a client using the Head & Hair Heal collection, it is perfect to add Purifying Cleanse Shampoo to the routine for a deeper cleanse between regular washes. Use Purifying Cleanse Shampoo before continuing with the Head & Heal routine to maximise the result of a clean and healthy scalp.

Sheer Silver – Use Purifying Cleanse Shampoo occasionally to rinse build up from both products and pigments. This is crucial to keep a shiny and cool hair. When using the Sheer Silver collection after a cleanse the result will be more visible for your client.

Coils & Curls – When using the Co-Wash in your washing routine, the hair needs a proper cleanse every now and then. For some hair, this is once each month and for some it is every other week. After doing the cleanse, take the opportunity to let the Coils & Curls Treatment process for a few extra minutes to boost your curls with moisture.

Tips for professionals

– Inspire your clients to reset their hair. To have a fresh and clean scalp is crucial for avoiding itchiness, scalp problems and to maintain a natural hair growth.

– Sell the Purifying Cleanse together with our Scalp Brush to maximise the cleansing treatment.

– Make sure to share needed information when selling Purifying Cleanse, when to cleanse, how often and why.

PREPARE FOR PERM

Before a perm service, we need to do a proper deep cleanse and prepare the hair for the upcoming treatment. When cleansing the lengths with Purifying Cleanse Shampoo we will create a fresh and even canvas and have the best starting position to create even and bouncy curls.

Use the Purifying Cleanse Shampoo twice before your perm. If your client has a lot of build-ups and uses a lot of styling products apply the shampoo and let it process a few minutes before rinsing. This will maximise your cleanse.

Since Purifying Cleanse Shampoo is sulfate free, this is the perfect shampoo to use before your perm.

PREPARE FOR COLOUR & BLEACH

Before a colour, glossing or bleach service, we occasionally need to do a deeper cleanse and prepare the hair for the upcoming treatment. Do a proper consultation to make sure you are aware of the history of the hair. Build up, old Colour Refresh and heavy styling products can make the new colour uneven and make the chemical process uncertain.

Use the Purifying Cleanse Shampoo twice before your treatment. If you feel like your client has a lot of build up, apply the shampoo and let it process a few minutes before rinsing. This will maximise your cleanse.

Tips for professionals

– Recommend your client to buy Purifying Cleanse to use between washes and before their next visit to have the best possible canvas to work on.

– When doing a glossing in between visits, Purifying Cleanse is perfect to use before to make the glossing pop even more.

– Clients who have bleached their hair often experience dullness and lack of shine in their blonde. The Purifying Cleanse is perfect to restore brightness in the hair.

BEFORE & AFTER COLOUR REFRESH

To achieve the ultimate result with our Colour Refresh, the starting position of the hair is crucial. We need to reset the hair from build- ups to achieve an ultimate even and shiny result.

When cleansing the hair, both before and after a Colour Refresh, we recommend using Purifying Cleanse. This shampoo will cleanse the scalp but also the lengths and prepare it for the next treatment. Use shampoo twice and massage carefully trough the scalp. Make sure the foam is reaching all the lengths, but do not scrub it.

Benefits of cleansing before Colour Refresh – the Purifying Cleanse Shampoo gives you a clean slate as a starting position, removes build up and prolongs the result.

Tips to wash out Colour Refresh – make sure the foam is reaching all the lengths but do not scrub it. Let the shampoo process for a longer time if you need a more intense cleanse.

Tips for professionals

– Add the Purifying Cleanse and Colour Refresh as service to a regular cutting session.

– Sell Colour Refresh and Purifying Cleanse as a bundle since they are the perfect duo.

– Purifying Cleanse will fade the pigments of Colour Refresh but please note that this is not a colour remover.
